The La Verkin Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing for the following applications on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly scheduled Commission meeting:
1. Olsen Subdivision: A one lot subdivision of an 8.97-acre parcel located at 205 South 100 East with the Tax ID # LV-56.
2. Hardy-Trust Subdivision: A one lot subdivision of a 7-acre parcel located at 50 West 200 North with the Tax ID # LV-90-A
