Specifically, public input will be taken with regards to the following matters being considered by the Planning Commission for a recommendation to the City Council for preliminary approval:


  • The proposed subdivision plats—which include the proposed removal (and rerouting) of the City’s water line currently running through lot 39 of said plats, and the vacation of the City’s associated easement in said lot


  • The development agreement governing the development of the property and establishing the criteria for allowing lots of less than 14,000 square feet in area in the R-1-14 zone
