September 8, 2010 PC Public Hearing
PUBLIC NOTICE
LaVerkin City shall hold a public hearing Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the city offices chambers, 111 South Main, LaVerkin. The public hearing will be to discuss the following:
A. ORDINANCE NO. 2010-____: An ordinance amending Chapter 6 of Title 10 of the LaVerkin City Code, and providing for a public facilities zone; and providing an effective date.
The Ordinance is available for review at the LaVerkin City Office at 435 N. Main.
Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding this item may do so in writing prior to September 2, 2010. Public comment may be given at the meeting. Written comments should be directed to June Jeffery, City Recorder, LaVerkin City, 435 North Main, LaVerkin, Ut. 84745.
