Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
II. Approval of Minutes:
Commission may approve the minutes of the May 11, 2016 regular meeting.
III. Approval of Agenda:
Beautification/Trails Committee, City Council, and the Director of Operations will present updates on meetings and activities.
V. Public Hearing:
1. Proposed lot split of property with the Tax ID # LV-132, located directly south of Davis Farmers Market on SR 9.
1. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval on the preliminary and final plats for a lot split of property with the Tax ID # LV-132, located directly south of Davis Farmers Market on SR 9.
2. Presentation and discussion on an ordinance amending the zoning code and the zoning map of and for the City of La Verkin, making minor clarifications in the Tourist/Resort Commercial Zone, and establishing or revising the boundaries of the existing commercial zones in the City.
3. Discussion and input regarding the proposed update to the Affordable Housing element of the General Plan.
