The LaVerkin Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., in the La Verkin City Council Chambers, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly-scheduled Commission meeting, to receive public input regarding a proposed Ordinance amending the City Zoning Map of and for the City of La Verkin, rezoning-from Residential Agricultural (R-A-1) to either Retail Commercial (COMM-R), Multiple-Family Residential (R-3-6), One-Family Residential (R-1-8), or Public Facilities Zone (PF)—certain parcels of Interstate Rock property (or portions thereof)—
· Located (a) north of Silver Acres Mobile Home Estates and Zion View Estates (Phase 2) and the current terminus of Main Street; (b) adjacent to State Route 17 (SR-17) and extending in an easterly/northeasterly direction therefrom; and adjacent to properties designated as Tax ID Parcels LV-169-B and LV-3-1-13-34021 (Wilson Family Trust), LV-3-1-13-310 (Washington County School District), LV-3-1-3401-SA (Interstate Rock); and west of real property owned by the United States of America; and
· Containing all or portions of Interstate Rock properties designated as LV-154-A, LV-174-A-5, LV-3-1-13-3431, and LV-3-1-13-3420-SA
